EMP proof power line filters

EMP proof power line filter for shielded rooms and anechoic chambers (type 1)

- Frequency range of 14KHz till 40 GHz, attenuation of 100dB
- Meet electrical point-of-entry requirements of MIL-STD-188-125-1 & 2 for short and intermediate pulses.

Description

A range of two- and four-line HEMP filters can be used respectively on shielded rooms or other installations for single and three phase mains supplies. All lines are individ- ually filtered and featured with necessary varistor transient suppressors at the input. This type of filter is ideally suited for EMP protection applications that need to be MIL-STD-188-125-1 conformed.

Applications

  • Excellent protection of 2 lines 250V (50-60Hz) and 4 lines 440/250V (50-60Hz) for supply applications in fixed installations with current ratings form 3A up to 5000A.
  • Protection against HEMP and lightning over voltage and electromagnetic interferences.
